Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC is a provider of recorded video teaching or live teaching and streaming educational services, serving as a cross-regional and time-flexible teaching platform. Our products and services include: all courses on the platform, course-related materials, and real-time information feedback to users (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

Regardless of the physical location of individual users, these terms apply to all members or visitors connected to Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC (hereinafter collectively referred to as "users", "you"). When you complete registration on this teaching platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") and/or use the Platform's services, it means you have read, understood, agreed to accept and comply with these terms.

Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC, to the extent permitted by law, has the right to modify or adjust any terms in these Terms at any time. Users must regularly visit this platform to ensure they understand Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC's latest relevant terms of use. If you do not agree with part or all of these Terms, you should immediately stop using this Service.

Users should have full legal capacity. If you have limited or no legal capacity, when you apply to register as a member and continue to use our platform services, it means your legal representative, guardian, or assistant has read and agreed to these terms.

Users should regularly update their personal information and ensure it is true, correct, and up-to-date.

Users should not use false, incomplete information, or information unrelated to their personal true information to create their account name, including but not limited to using names that imitate others, using offensive words, any racially discriminatory text, or any text that would harm or infringe upon the rights of others as an account name.

If users violate the above terms, Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account at any time and refuse the user's access to this service.

Users are obligated to properly manage their account, password, and other related identity verification information, and are responsible for all activities and behaviors after logging into the system with this account, including but not limited to related fees derived from it.

This service is for the user's personal use only. Users may not transfer or lend their account and password to others. If users discover that their account has been illegally used by others, or that their account and password have been illegally used due to hacking or the user's negligent safekeeping, users should immediately notify Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC, but our platform does not bear any compensation responsibility for this.

If you share a computer with others or use a public computer, please be sure to close your browser or clear your browser data to prevent others from obtaining your account information.

We may revise and update these Terms of Use in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the website thereafter.

Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so that you are aware of any changes as they become binding on you.

You agree and promise not to use this service for any illegal purpose or method, and will comply with relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China and all international practices for using the internet. If you are a user located outside the Republic of China, you agree to comply with the laws of your country or region.

Users agree and promise not to use this service to engage in activities that infringe upon the rights of others or violate the law, including but not limited to the following situations:

1. Uploading, posting, publishing, or transmitting any defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, indecent, obscene, false, against public order or good morals, or other illegal text, images, or files of any form on this service.
2. Infringing upon others' reputation, privacy rights, trade secrets, trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, other intellectual property rights, and other rights.
3. Violating confidentiality obligations under law or contract.
4. Using this service under someone else's name, or allowing others to use this service under your name.
5. Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any code data containing computer viruses or that interrupts, destroys, or limits the functionality of computer software or hardware.
6. Engaging in illegal transaction activities or posting false or misleading information that may lead to criminal activity.
7. Mass sending advertising emails, spam, chain letters, pornography, gambling, or various illegal messages.
8. Harming minors in any way.
9. Forging message sources or interfering with the identification of transmission sources in any way.
10. Interfering with or disrupting this service, servers, or networks connected to this service, or not complying with requirements, procedures, policies, or rules related to connecting to this service.
11. Tracking others or otherwise interfering with others, or collecting or storing others' personal information.
12. Other behaviors that Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC considers inappropriate.

When users violate the above regulations, Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account at any time and refuse the user's use of this service.

All content and materials on this platform, including but not limited to text, audio, images, videos, graphics, software, web design, website architecture, and website layout, are protected by intellectual property laws and are legally owned by Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC or other rights holders (such as partner instructors), including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, etc.

Without prior written consent from Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC or other rights holders, users may not use any form, including but not limited to downloading, modifying, reproducing, recording, broadcasting, distributing, using, publicly reciting, publicly broadcasting, publicly presenting, publicly displaying, publicly performing, publicly transmitting, publishing, selling, sub-licensing or transferring all or part of Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC and any related course or lecture content on Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC;

Users are also prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, reorganizing, decompiling, or copying any functions or programs, or attempting to obtain source code or content.

If users violate the above provisions, Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account at any time and refuse the user's access to this service. Users must also bear all infringement actions caused by this, resulting in compensation and legal liability (including but not limited to attorney fees and lost profits).

Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC is not responsible for the contents of any link to a Third Party Website included within the School content. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

1. Refund eligibility: Users who, within 7 days after purchase, have been confirmed to have never watched the official course videos or downloaded content files (excluding preview units), may apply for a refund.

2. Refund process: Please provide the name and email address you used when purchasing, and indicate the reason for requesting a refund, by emailing courses@inspiremellc.me. A staff member will review and process your refund.

3. Refund methods
   • Credit card refund: If you originally paid by credit card, the refund will be processed back to your credit card.
   • Bank transfer refund: If you originally paid by ATM transfer or convenience store payment, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Users are responsible for their own conduct when using our service and should judge the truthfulness of information and statements provided by other users.

This service may contain links to third-party websites. Since we cannot control the content and resources of third-party websites, you need to understand the terms of use and privacy policy of any website before entering or using it, and carefully consider its credibility and accuracy.

Creating a Foundation by Inspire Me, LLC is not responsible for any losses caused by users' negligence, illegal behavior, or other reasons while using this service.

For any matters not covered in this disclaimer, relevant laws, regulations, and platform policies shall prevail.
